SEAK Care Solutions LLC is owned and operated by Joshua Smith and Brielle Heflin, a dynamic couple dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals experiencing disabilities in Juneau, Alaska. Brielle, a native of Juneau, holds a degree in geography from Portland State University. Joshua, originally from the Seattle area, pursued Comparative Literature and Cinema at the University of Washington. In 2015, they embarked on their journey into the field of disability support, now bringing together over 16 years of combined knowledge and experience. As a close-knit family, they delight in exploring the wonders of Juneau, creating lasting memories with their two beloved daughters, Alizee (5) and Alina (3). Together, they embrace the beauty of their community and cherish meaningful moments shared with recipients, friends and loved ones.

Specialized Care
At SEAK Care Solutions LLC, we provide a comprehensive range of Home and Community Based Services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals in Juneau, Alaska. Our agency is dedicated to increasing access to services in Southeast Alaska, and we proudly serve individuals on IDD, CCMC, ISW, and APDD Medicaid waivers.
Employment Services
We believe in the power of employment to foster independence, self-worth, and a sense of belonging. Our employment services provide support in career exploration, job placement, on-the-job training, and ongoing support to help individuals achieve their vocational goals and contribute meaningfully to the workforce.
Supported Living & In - Home Services
Our supported living and in-home services are designed to provide individuals with the necessary support to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We offer personalized assistance with daily activities, personal care, household management, and community integration, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
SEAK Care Solutions LLC is proud to be a Certified Rehabilitation Provider (CRP). As a CRP, we go beyond our recipients of service and Medicaid waivers to extend our services and collaborate with various entities, including the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). This collaboration allows us to coordinate and contract with DVR, opening up additional opportunities for individuals seeking vocational rehabilitation services. By working closely with DVR, we ensure a seamless transition and comprehensive support for individuals on their path to independence, employment, and achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence and collaboration sets us apart as a trusted partner in the journey towards rehabilitation and personal growth.
